This award recognises organisations operating within the construction, engineering, property, and facilities management sectors that have demonstrated outstanding HR performance and workforce leadership over the past 12 months. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Background: Please provide an overview of the organisation and workforce, including size, structure, and the construction, engineering, property, or facilities management services delivered. Outline the role of the HR function and its overall people strategy, demonstrating how it supports workforce performance and organisational objectives.
  • Key Initiatives & Challenges: Please outline the key HR initiatives implemented over the past 12 months.
  • Collaboration: Describe how collaboration between HR, leadership teams, operational, site, project, or facilities teams contributed to improved workforce outcomes.
  • Outcomes & Results: Highlight the outcomes of your HR initiatives, providing evidence of how they have improved workforce performance and organisational effectiveness.
  • Supporting Statements & Testimonials: Please include any additional statements or evidence that support your entry.
