Once you have created your PDF submission and you have all items in the Items Checklist, submit your entry via the Online Entry Form. CLICK HERE.

This award recognises organisations that have created an outstanding workplace culture while successfully engaging and motivating their employees to drive organisational performance over the past 12 months. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying particular attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Organisation Background: Please provide an overview of your organisation, including its size, structure and workforce. Outline your workplace culture and employee engagement strategy, demonstrating how it supports organisational objectives.
  • Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement: Describe the initiatives implemented to create a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement. This may include supportive leadership, employee involvement, communication, recognition, career development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, social and wellbeing programmes, environmental or community initiatives, and opportunities for growth.
  • Implementation & Workplace Environment: Explain how your workplace and employee engagement initiatives were implemented and communicated across the organisation. Describe how your physical working environment, technology, work/life balance, employee benefits and other workplace practices contribute to a positive employee experience. Include any challenges encountered and how they were successfully addressed.
  • Outcomes & Results: Highlight the measurable outcomes of your workplace and employee engagement initiatives. Include evidence of improvements in employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, wellbeing, productivity or organisational performance. Where available, include employee survey results and explain how employee feedback has been used to drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting Statements & Testimonials: Please include any additional evidence that supports your submission, such as employee testimonials, survey evidence, external recognition, or other supporting information demonstrating the impact of your workplace and employee engagement initiatives.
