Meet the HR Leader of 2024

We’re thrilled to shine a spotlight on Roseanne Killeen, recipient of the HR Leader 2024 award at the HR Leadership and Management Awards. 

With an impressive 17 years of experience, Roseanne has forged a remarkable HR career, balancing roles in Intel Ireland and various HR and senior management positions within the HSE. Over the past 12 years, she has been a driving force in healthcare innovation, representing the HSE on national initiatives like the special pandemic appeals dispute resolution committee and the NCHD taskforce implementation. 

Her commitment to continuous education is inspiring—having completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt at UCD, an Advanced Diploma in Employment Law at King’s Inn, and most recently, a Master of Science in Talent, Leadership & HR Strategy at Dublin City University. These achievements reflect her dedication to preparing for the future challenges of healthcare, from technological advancements to workforce motivation. 

Now serving as the Integrated Healthcare Manager for Dublin and South East Health Region, Roseanne is focused on implementing Sláintecare—combining her extensive HR expertise and a passion for making healthcare delivery more efficient, accessible, and patient-centered.
