Dynamo becomes one of Ireland's few B Corp certified creative consultancies with people-first commitment

Irish creative consultancy Dynamo has been certified as a B Corporation, joining a small cohort of Irish companies and an even smaller number of creative agencies to have achieved the globally recognised standard for responsible business. The certification carries direct relevance for HR and people management professionals tracking how organisations are embedding employee wellbeing and ethical governance into their operating models.

Business Plus reported that the certification was awarded by non-profit organisation B Lab following a comprehensive assessment of Dynamo's policies, operations, and culture, including a formal requirement to consider the impact of business decisions on employees, clients, communities, and the environment.

Róisín Ní Ráighne, managing director at Dynamo, said: "Becoming a B Corp is an extremely proud moment for us as a business. It's about accountability and transparency." She added that the certification provides a clear framework that challenges the company to be better as an employer, as a client partner, and as a business operating within society.

Ní Ráighne noted that B Corp status gives the team a shared purpose, with being good citizens embedded as central to the firm's identity. She described the certification as a starting point rather than a conclusion, stating: "The real value of B Corp lies in the discipline it brings. It's a tool for continuous improvement, helping us measure what matters and make more responsible choices over time."

As a certified B Corp, Dynamo has committed to prioritising sustainable working practices, responsible client partnerships, and a people-first culture. The firm also noted that certification will enable it to support and advise clients within a broader accountability context going forward.

B Corp certification requires companies to meet rigorous standards across governance, employee wellbeing, environmental performance, and ethical business practices, with recertification required every three years.
