HR Path expands APAC reach with Blueprint HR acquisition

Global HR consulting firm HR Path, headquartered in Paris, France, has acquired Blueprint HR Software Solutions, the HR technology division of India’s Blueprint Technologies, to strengthen its Asia-Pacific (APAC) footprint and expand SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, and UKG offerings.

Founded in 2001, HR Path operates in 28 countries with over 2,500 professionals, delivering advisory, implementation, and managed HR services worldwide.

Blueprint HR, with more than a decade of experience in SAP consulting across manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, and professional services, now joins HR Path to reinforce its global HRIS capabilities.

François Boulet, Co-Founder of HR Path, said the acquisition will help the company “better penetrate the UAE market and significantly increase our presence in India,” highlighting the strategic growth focus in these high-potential economies.

Lalit Mehra, Managing Director of HR Path India, added that the integration provides “even greater capabilities for SAP SuccessFactors and UKG delivered out of India,” expanding the firm’s ability to meet international demand.

The move equips HR Path with specialised talent and an established practice, enabling more comprehensive HRIS implementation and managed services for clients worldwide.

Omprakash H, Sr. Director at Blueprint HR Software, described the acquisition as an “exciting evolution” that leverages HR Path’s global reach to drive greater innovation and client delivery.

For Blueprint Technologies, divesting its HR division allows a sharper focus on core ERP and digital transformation services, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BDC, BTP, SAP CX, and AI.

CEO Rony John explained that the move “enables us to reinvest in scaling our flagship offerings and strengthen the value we deliver to our customers.”

COO Kalyan T highlighted that “Blueprint HR Software ensures continuity, expanded opportunities for our people, and enhanced value for our customers.”
