Miriam Manning, Director of People and Culture at TELUS Digital Ireland, has been appointed Judging Coordinator for the HR Leadership & Management Awards 2026, bringing over 13 years of strategic HR leadership and transformational change management expertise.

With Chartered Fellow CIPD membership and experience overseeing approximately 7,000 employees across Europe, she brings enterprise-scale people strategy capability and coaching culture development to support rigorous evaluation of award entries.

At TELUS Digital Ireland, Miriam directs people and culture strategy across a multinational technology organisation, drawing on extensive experience spanning private, public, and multinational environments. Her leadership encompasses organisational development, executive coaching, and end-to-end change management, from initial stakeholder engagement through adoption and benefits realisation, ensuring HR strategy translates into sustainable organisational impact.

Her track record includes building enterprise coaching cultures, designing data-driven succession planning frameworks, and developing integrated people strategies spanning employee relations, performance management, and strategic talent development. This depth of experience positions her to coordinate judging evaluation processes with both technical HR rigour and nuanced understanding of organisational context.

As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and member of TELUS Digital's Ireland-based Senior Leadership Team, Miriam operates at strategic level within a complex, multinational environment, equipped to support judging panels in assessing submissions with consistency, credibility, and alignment to benchmark HR excellence standards.
