Professor Edel Conway to bring academic and industry insight to HR Leadership and Management Awards 2025

Professor Edel Conway, a distinguished academic and organisational psychologist at Dublin City University Business School, joins the judging panel for this year’s HR Leadership and Management Awards 2025.

With extensive expertise in employee engagement, well-being, and organisational change, Professor Conway has advised both public and private sector organisations, including leading employee engagement initiatives within the Irish civil service. Her research, published widely in international journals and books, has shaped thinking in strategic HRM and leadership development.

Before joining DCU, she worked as a HR consultant at Citi and as a researcher at the London Business School, bridging the gap between academic research and practical HR innovation. Her insights are expected to add significant depth to the panel’s evaluation of entries, particularly in areas of workplace culture, engagement, and strategic talent management.
