Shropshire HR consultancy unveils rebrand as client base exceeds 100

HR Solutions Shropshire, a UK-based human resources consultancy located in Telford, has rebranded as Wright HR, reflecting its evolution to limited company status and expansion to more than 100 clients.

Shropshire Star reported that founder Ishbel Lapper said the change represents a really exciting time for the business, with the new name reflecting its development. The company became a limited company last year and has continued to expand its client base so that it now has well over 100 retained and ad-hoc businesses on its books.

Lapper said bringing the trading name into line with the limited company name is a natural next step and gives the firm a sharper identity, a refreshed brand and the chance to update its website at the same time.

She added that Wright is her maiden name, so the new identity feels far more personal and rooted in who she is and her vision for the future. For clients, nothing will change in terms of service.

In November, the company appointed a new office manager, Leanne Taylor, as part of its expansion. The appointment reflects growing operational requirements as the consultancy scales its service delivery infrastructure to accommodate client portfolio growth.

Wright HR won silver at the national 2025 Best Businesswoman Awards for best overall business, whilst Lapper was runner-up in the best businesswoman in business services category. The company was also shortlisted in the 2025 British HR awards.

The rebrand follows a period of sustained growth for the consultancy, which provides retained and project-based HR services to businesses across the region. Demand for outsourced HR expertise continues to increase amongst small and medium-sized enterprises navigating complex employment regulation and workforce management requirements.
