US-based human capital management solutions provider Isolved has opened a new global capability centre in Hyderabad, India, as part of its strategy to scale engineering, artificial intelligence, and platform delivery operations while expanding its workforce in one of the world's fastest-growing technology talent markets. The development is relevant to HR and people management professionals tracking how enterprise HR technology firms are structuring global delivery and innovation capabilities.
People Matters reported that the new facility spans 28,000 square feet and is expected to become Isolved's largest office outside the United States, with the company planning to hire 400 employees at the site by the end of 2027.
The Hyderabad centre will support Isolved's unified People Cloud platform across product engineering, AI-led services, payroll operations, tax processing, and platform delivery. The company said the facility is expected to evolve into a broader centre of excellence for engineering and AI development.
Pragya Gupta, chief operating officer at Isolved, said: "Hyderabad gives us the depth of talent and capability to accelerate product development and deliver more intelligent, human-centric solutions while also building out the back-office processing functions, like payroll and tax, that keep our customers' businesses running."
Isolved currently serves more than 200,000 employers in the United States and approximately nine million employees through its platforms and services. The company said the expansion aligns with its long-term goal of building a platform of action designed to connect workforce intent with business outcomes.
The announcement reflects a broader trend of multinational enterprise software firms establishing GCC operations in Hyderabad, drawn by the city's growing technology workforce, established enterprise infrastructure, and access to AI and engineering talent.
