WeCan wins Best Use of CSR at HR Leadership & Management Awards 2025

Celebrated for its innovative approach last year, WeCan secured the Best Use of CSR in HR award at the HR Leadership & Management Awards 2025, recognised for its transformative work embedding social purpose and inclusive employment practices within CluneTech.

The award-winning programme focuses on creating meaningful opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, combining workforce inclusion with practical sustainability initiatives. By integrating social responsibility into daily operations, WeCan fosters a culture of care, empowerment, and shared value that benefits both employees and the wider community.

Judges commended the clarity, impact, and scalability of the programme.
